The recent global financial-economic crisis has raised an acute issue of widening of the research space for moral and cultural foundations of the modern and future world order. This temporal and spatial field includes traditions of world religions and local cultures, as well as philosophic models, which have been forming in the course of development of Philosophy discipline.
Global post-industrial society has stepped into a new phase of development. The role of supporting information technologies is shifting to the sidelines. The issues of information content, culture and language have become the focus of international debates. Cultural variety, openness and dynamic intercultural interaction are becoming the most significant resources for maintaining stable social development, human dignity, personal freedom and human rights, preventing and overcoming crises.
